SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products across Canada using Canada Post Xpresspost™ for delivery within 3-5 business days to most locations. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.99 for delivery within Ontario and $19.99 for delivery outside of Ontario. Free shipping anywhere in Canada is provided for orders that total $75 before tax. We do not ship products outside Canada at this time.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund (less shipping cost) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened products may not be returned due to health and safety regulations.
To initiate the return process, please contact us using the form on our website. Be sure to provide the details of your order so we can issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the unused products.
